Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The evolution of wearable technology allows us to measure stress in daily life as numerical data. Using the technology, we aim to achieve emph{stress-aware services}, which make users aware of their stress and provide them with appropriate resolutions and contents. In this paper, we analyze stress data obtained from wearable devices and life logs in an integrated manner, in order to verify if a practical stress-aware service is feasible. We conduct an experiment where subjects measure stress data by GARMIN vivosmart4 and record seven kinds of activities in daily living. As a result, some activities that the subjects think stressful were directly explained by the actual stress data. On the other hand, some activities that showed high stress values were found to be unconscious. This indicates that the wearable device can be used to identify stressors that the individual is not aware of. In addition, we found that there are individual differences in lifestyle behaviors that cause stress.
