| Abstract(in English) | It is considered that there are various types of curiosity that people have when they see an object. However, the classification method has not been established. In this study, we explored for a classification of "curiosity about an object". The content of thoughts when looking at various objects that arouse curiosity was obtained by a think-aloud protocol, and analyzed using a methodology based on the grounded theory approach, which is one of the methods of qualitative data analysis. The results suggest the existence of four categories: "thoughts ", "information", "knowledge", and "expectations" about the object. Finally, the limitations and the future directions of the study are discussed. |
