Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The study of Physical Unclonable Functions (PUFs) has attracted much attention as a technology to protect individual identification and security of the Internet of Things (IoT). Most of the research on PUFs is based on delays in memory and its initial state. In this paper, we propose a PUF based on analog circuits, which is still underdeveloped in the field of PUF research. In the research field of analog PUFs, individual identification codes are often generated from the output and evaluated by Hamming distance. In this study, we analyzed the output of the Wien bridge oscillator circuit by machine learning, and calculated the features from the output. As a result, we were able to identify individuals with high accuracy.
