A Study on Improvement of Image Decoloring Method by Using Piecewise Linear Function

Abstract(in English) In recent years, color removal methods considering differences of colors in an input color image have been investigated. Such methods often use weighted sum of color components in an input color image to obtain output gray levels. In this report, the possibility of improvement of existing methods is examined by using piecewise linear function.
