Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An aspirant to teachers has a few opportunities to teach in the field, such as practical training and a part-time teacher, so when hired as teachers, they need to teach in front of students with little practical experience. For that reason, they are unable to proceed with the lesson scenarios they envision and become stressed. This paper creates student agents with actual student behavior in a virtual space and develops a class training system similar to the real environment. Specifically, the system controls the behaviors of student agents with transition probability calculated from actual behavior, weather information, time, and behaviors of other student agents. We conducted experiments to evaluate the system for students aspiring teachers, and the results showed that the proposed system was effective.
