Abstract(in English) In the plastering business, the aging of plasterers is a social matter, and it is required to support the mechanism for succeeding on plaster skills to young people. The traditional teaching method of "seeing and stealing" has a long period of study, which contributes to the decrease in the number of workers. In this study, we propose an educational method that supports plastering by reviewing learners using videos. We experimented to show the effectiveness of the teaching method with students who had no plaster experience. Skill analysis using skeleton detection technology was performed, and the position change of the target part was verified by the correlation and graph. The education method proposed in this study supports the conventional OJT(On The Job Training) education and shortens the training period. It was suggested that it might help.
