Abstract(in English) | Our research group has been researching and developing proximity sensor focusing on changes in antenna impedance. In the conventional circuit, the intensity of reflected power is measured by a detector. However, it has the disadvantage of being easily affected by interference waves. This time, we aimed for a high-performance and interference-resistant sensing circuit by making it possible to measure with a vector quantity. The sensing circuit is similar to the VNA (Vector Network Analyzer) configuration that measures S11. Therefore, we expanded it further and prototyped a 2-port vector network analyzer. In this paper, we explain the overview of the circuit. |
