Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the development of satellite services, it is necessary to deal with issues unique to space systems, such as non-repairable systems, high costs, and orbital constraints. Service expansion by interoperation between similar systems is effective, but the quality evaluation of the cooperation architecture is complex problem. In our research, we proposed an evaluation method of architecture for resilient service provision based on resilience engineering philosophy through interoperation between the QZSS and Galileo, providing disaster warning message distribution using satellites as an example. In this paper, the performance of each operation mode of the whole system and the transition probability to abnormal operation are modeled by Markov graphs, and a method to systemically evaluate the interoperability by calculating the performance expectation value is proposed, which enables the developer to quantitatively design the allocation of reliability and performance.
