Abstract(in English) Just as one of the goals of the SDGs is to build resilient infrastructure, the power infrastructure and communication infrastructure are indispensable for socio-economic activities, and further resilience is required for both infrastructures. The communication infrastructure itself is supported by the power infrastructure, and the power infrastructure is also supported by the communication infrastructure. Therefore, there is a limit to making the optimum control / measure judgment from the information closed to each infrastructure. Since the telecommunications carrier cannot grasp the state of the power infrastructure, it may not be possible to provide stable communication services. We thought that it is necessary to take measures that go into the control of the power side to solve such problems by coordinating control and complementary use of power information and communication network information. In this paper, we propose two methods. First method is to prevent and detect power line connection errors by using current fluctuations in NW equipment. Second method is to estimate the power supply status and utilize it for recovery measures. Due to a disaster or the like, we estimate the power supply status using the network equipment logs, even if we cannot obtain the power supply status from the power supply equipment in the communication station building.
