Evacuee Information Sharing System with Content Priority Control Considering the Difference in the Number of Evacuees

Abstract(in English) In insufficient communication services while a large-scale disaster, information communication is independent ofsuch daily communication infrastructure is required. It is necessary to construct a store-and-forward communication systembased on DTN communication. In our previous study, we proposed a priority control method based on the diffusion of contentsto network nodes, but we did not take into account the difference in the number of people staying at each shelter. In this paper, we propose a priority control method that aims to prioritize the delivery of posted contents to the node with more evacuees, considering the situation where the number of evacuees varies. Our simulation based on the geographic layout of evacuationcenters in the actual disaster area shows that the proposed method is effective in diffusing the posted contents to a large numberof evacuees.
