Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we implement an AES-based authenticated-encryption with associated-data scheme called name, proposed by Sakamoto textit{et al.} and evaluate its performance on PCs and smartphones. Rocca has been proposed to satisfy the requirements on the speed and security in Beyond 5G/6G systems. To achieve ultra-fast software implementations, Rocca is designed to use the AES-NI and SIMD instructions. We show Rocca can perform better by improving the implementation and evaluate the performance with the improved implementation. For the comparison to other algorithms, we use OpenSSL and demonstrate Rocca can achieve the throughput exceeding 100~Gbps on both PCs and smartphones. |
