| Abstract(in English) | The damage of information security incidents caused by internal fraud is great, and it is necessary for organizations to prevent it. Also, it is effective to observe the behavior that leads to the motivation of internal fraud and the signs of fraud in order to consider countermeasures at an early stage. However, it is difficult to determine what kind of response the administrator should take to the employee after observing the behavior. In this study, incomplete information using a signaling game, which is a dynamic game with two non-cooperative players, we model the interaction between an employee and an administrator. We also clarify the perfect Bayesian equilibrium point and its conditions. These equilibrium points are elaborated and neither employees nor managers choose to unilaterally change their strategies. Finally, a case study is conducted to verify the usefulness of the game model. |
