Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) NTT has been proposing an IOWN space integrated computing network concept. Extreme coverage communication systems consisting of Geostationary orbit satellites (GEO), low earth orbit satellites (LEO), and high altitude platform stations (HAPS) are now being studied targeting the future mobile communication service in the Beyond 5G / 6G era. In that system, it is considered that HAPSs use the 38GHz band for feeder links that communicate with ground base stations, but it is a problem that the radio wave in the 38 GHz band is significantly attenuated by the rain fall and it affects the quality of communication services. This paper considers the traffic routing algorithm among NTN assuming that the feeder link communications are interrupted due to the rain fall. We propose a novel routing algorithm that determines the optimal data transfer route by calculating the congestion degree and delay time of each communication link. Its performance is demonstrated by computer simulations.
