Studies of task selection method for learning professional knowledge for newly appointed personnel.

Abstract(in English) In training new professional clerical work, assigning routine tasks or cases requiring advanced expertise, work experience, and know-how is not appropriate. Therefore, we considered that it is desirable to assign cases at an appropriate frequency that can be carried out as long as they know the advanced expertise (called practical knowledge). That will lead to efficiently acquiring the knowledge and shortening work hours. On the other hand, there is no established method for extracting (automatically) practical knowledge within work. In this paper, we propose a method to extract cases requiring practical knowledge by focusing on the processing time, its dispersion, and the amount(number) of knowledge. The effectiveness of our method is confirmed by using test data of various processing time distributions.
