Abstract(in English) | Identifying influencers on social media has been an important research topic. In this paper, we propose a method to predict whether a given social media user is an influencer or not from his/her ego network structure by using graph neural network. Although obtaining the data of a social network among social media users is typically difficult, most of the existing studies use the entire structure of the social network for identifying influencers. Contrary to the existing studies, we use ego networks of social media users for identifying influencers. Through experiments using Twitter datasets, we show that our proposed method can successfully identify influencers on Twitter from their ego networks. |
