Abstract(in English) | It’s advanced to do muscle strength training (Later, it's called muscle training) and exercise at home by the pandemic of COVID-19 in recent years. On the other hand, the training amount suitable for oneself isn't easy to understand intuitively for the person who has started muscle training and exercise, and therefore muscle training is often given up. Since we should add the overload stimulus in which a body exceeds the stimulus strength received daily to a body gradually to work out effectively, and at the gym, a principle of gradual advance and overload is guided by professional trainer. But the beginner in a muscle training can't control an overload and advances gradually. It may lead to the case that the training which doesn't effective and an injury by the stimulus which exceeds the limit big form. We advance gradually according to the age of the user and the physical strength and the heart rate for the purpose of the thing which does the support to which a muscle training beginner applies a movement load appropriately in a home, the training amount which becomes an overload is presumed. The muscle training support system to show using a countdown method was considered, so it'll be reported. |
