Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a compact 26 GHz filtering antenna with cross coupling using LTCC substrate. The cross coupling between the resonator and the radiation element realizes the skirt characteristic of the bandpass filter with transmission zeros (TZs) near the passband. The filtering antenna with cross coupling is designed and fabricated in 26 GHz band. The proposed filtering antenna is based on 4th order folded canonical topology structure with two-point feeds to the radiation element. The measured peak antenna gain is 4.0 dBi at 25.0 GHz and the gain is kept almost constant in 8% bandwidth. The frequency characteristics of the measured antenna gain has the high skirt characteristics out of band because of two TZs. |
