Abstract(in English) A Boolean network (BN) is widely used as a mathematical model for control of gene regulatory networks. Since a gene regulatory network is generally large-scale, it is important to derive a reduced-order model. In this paper, we propose a model reduction method focusing on the graph structure in which the interactions between states are represented.
