Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The Brain-Computer-Interface (BCI) is notable technology. The main theme of BCI study is that using motor imagery. However, BCI based on motor imagery still has some reliability problems (for example “BCI illiteracy”). Meanwhile, it compares to BCI based on visual selective attention that seems to be more reliable than motor imagery. But this way is difficult to use for a long time because it given strong stimulate to visual perception. As alternative solution of those methods, it has been suggested that an evoked potential BCI is based on haptic selective attention. And therefore, by using this way, it is possible to use much longer time than visual selective attention because it can be reduced visual fatigue. In this study, the system development and its experiment are under way to find for that possibility. |
