Abstract(in English) Sugars are excellent bioenergy, and circulating between plants and lives, also release electricity by use of fuel cells. Output characteristics, that the electromotive force, maximum output power, coulombic and energetic efficiencies of sugars, fruit juices, honey, COKE, etc., of the fuel cells have been studied. The sucrose does not generate electrical power because of non-reducing sugars. However, it was found that hydrolysis of sucrose with HCl, citric acid and acetic acid resulted in invert sugars, and generated electricity. The optimized methods for making better invert sugars are investigated.
