Bayesian Holevo and Nagaoka-Hayashi bounds for quantum-state estimation

Abstract(in English) In this work we propose a Bayesian version of the Nagaoka-Hayashi bound when estimating multiple parameters for quantum states. This bound is a generalization of a recently proposed bound for a point-wise estimation problem. We then show that the proposed bound can be efficiently computed as a semidefinite programming problem. As a lower bound, we also derive a Bayesian version of the Holevo bound from the Bayesian Nagaoka-Hayashi bound. Lastly, we prove that the new bound is tighter than the generalized Personick bound, studied by Rubio and Dunningham.
