| Abstract(in English) | As the aging population around the world, analyzing reasons for changes in the health status of elderly people at home has been urgent. In our research group, to realize scientific self-care of elderly people at home, mind externalization that talk about thoughts as much as possible using spoken dialogue agent technology has been developing. In this paper, we aim to elucidate reasons of health changes in the elderly at home, by adding health data collected from wearable health devices and integrating heterogeneous data (i.e., health data and dialogue data). More specifically, an application for extracting the feature of changes in health data (i.e., heart rate, stress, sleep quality, step, and activity level from wearable device) every day is developed. Then, the contexts before and after the period of the site, by integrating health data and dialogue data (i.e., text logs, audio, and images) are estimated. Our key idea is to integrate the results of health status, dialogue logs, and emotional values (recognized from images and audio during the spoken dialogue) into a time series. In this way, assisting elderly people at home by grasping their daily living in detail can be realized. Moreover, realizing accurate self-management is promising. |
