| Abstract(in English) | Our research group has been developing non-destructive inspection technology for concrete infrastructure structures using sub-terahertz to terahertz. This paper reports on the research and development of inspection items that are becoming more and more concrete, including diagnosis of internal cracks that cannot be confirmed externally and non-contact measurement of surface moisture content. |
