| 抄録(和) | 本研究では，和訳したEMCS (Everyday Moral Conflict Situation) を用いて，日常的な道徳ジレンマにおける日本人の意思決定傾向を調査することを目的とした．また，EMCSの各エピソードに対する主観的な重要度，意思決定に伴う悩み度，確信度が，意思決定傾向とどのような関連があるのかもあわせて調査した．さらに，調査参加者の性別や年齢が意思決定傾向に関連するかも検討した．その結果，本来なら相手に返すべきものを自分が所持しているという状況設定では利他的な判断に偏る傾向が見られた．また，悩み度が大きいエピソードほど利他的・利己的の判断の偏りが小さく，確信度が大きいエピソードほど偏りが大きいという傾向も見られた．参加者の性別や年齢と意思決定傾向には関連は見られなかった． |
| 抄録(英) | The purpose of this study was to investigate the decision-making tendency of Japanese people in everyday moral dilemmas using the Japanese-translated EMCS (Everyday Moral Conflict Situation). We also investigated how the degree of importance, the degree of indecision, and the degree of confidence were related to the decision-making tendency. In addition, we examined whether the gender and age of the survey participants were related to their decision-making tendencies. The results showed that the participants tended to make altruistic decisions when they were in possession of something that should have been returned to the other person. We also found a tendency that episodes with the higher degree of indecision had a lower decision bias, and episodes with the higher degree of confidence had a higher decision bias. On the other hand, we did not find any relationship between participants' gender or age and their decision-making tendencies. |
