Abstract(in English) In order to improve operation, the use of process data consisting of time-series data from sensors and other sources is expanding in factories and plants. In many cases, it is important to estimate the quantitative effects of new operations, and it is necessary to discover the causal structure between variables. In this paper, we applied the VAR-LiNGAM, which is a causal discovery method for time series data with unknown causal structure, to data generated by a vinyl acetate plant simulator and verified its usability.
