Abstract(in English) We have developed a method for estimating the stage of sleep by analyzing video from two viewpoints. One is to extract features of thorax motion, body movement, and apnea by processing the video of an infrared camera from a horizontal viewpoint, and the other is to extract features of facial feature point information by an infrared camera in front of the face and skin temperature by an infrared thermography camera in front of the face. By applying Densnet and LSTM to these feature extraction results, we estimate the sleep stage. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by evaluation experiments.
