Abstract(in English) Demands for nondestructive corrosion inspections are increasing with the aging of reinforced concrete structures. The inspection using radio waves bring the advantages to safe and applicable to existing structures, however its inspection accuracy is affected by the permittivity variation of the concretes due to water content. In this research, a new inspection method applying doppler effect is proposed and its effectiveness is demonstrated.
