Abstract(in English) | In blockchain (BC) based radio access network sharing (BRAN), users can use various wireless systems without a centralized control station by making connection contracts between the user terminal and the wireless system using the BC. On the other hand, since the contracts are made autonomously, the number of user terminals (UEs) accommodated may be biased, and the utilization efficiency of the entire wireless system may decrease. In this paper, we propose a method to smooth the number of UEs by controlling the connection parameters using the user transition information between wireless base stations (BSs) and the current number of connected UEs. These information is extracted based on the BC ledger that can be referred to by each BS, eliminating the need for privacy information such as the location information. Computer simulations reveals that the proposed method improves the standard deviation of the number of UEs accommodated by each BSs by about 0.03 times and the median downlink throughput by about 2.8 times compared to the conventional method. |
