Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Future network infrastructures will need to provide network services safely and rapidly under complex conditions such as many multi-devices, multi-access, and multi-carriers. For this reason, it is important to improve the efficiency of pre-verification for a large number of various devices to ensure the safety and security and combination verification for a large number of devices and the modules constituting the network infrastructure to achieve the optimal network settings. In this paper, we propose a network digital replica that can create a copy of networks in a digital space to verify network devices digitally. In the network digital replica, the validity verification when it is applied to the real world is evaluated on the digital space at first. Then, the optimal parameters based on this verification are calculated and the real network is controlled by using the optimal parameters. In this paper, we propose the concept of network digital replica, and propose a network node modeling method to estimate the performance of network nodes using machine learning. Throughput of a router is estimated based on router setting information and input traffic conditions as learning data, and we show its effectiveness.
