Abstract(in English) | It has been suggested that incorporating force feedback into the learning of physics can easily lead to conceptual comprehension and help build a solid cognitive grounding. However, most of the studies that incorporate force feedback into learning are applied to the field of mechanics, and it is rarely applied to electromagnetics that it is difficult to understand the concept of the field. Therefore, we have been developing an electromagnetic learning support system using haptic devices. Furthermore, in order to promote spontaneous learning by using the system, we applied an instructional design to our system. In this study, we examine the learning effect of using the system developed so far and verify the usefulness of force feedback for electromagnetic learning. This experiment was divided into a group that used force feedback and visual information, and a group that used only visual information. As a result of the evaluation experiment, it was suggested that force feedback is useful for learning electromagnetics, and this system leads to effective learning in the field of electromagnetism. |
