Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In general, the disaster victims closer to the center of the disaster are required to the more urgent rescue. The survival time of the rescuer is strongly influenced not only by the distance from the center of the disaster but also by other risk factors. For example, another risk factor is smoke for fire and the collapse of buildings for an earthquake. LSAR (Layered Search And Rescue) is a search algorithm that uses a drone network and considers the center of disaster but does not consider smoke or collapse of buildings. LSAR may not be able to discover the rescuer quickly enough. Therefore, this study proposes a disaster victim search system that uses a drone network to consider multiple risk factors. A drone network in the proposed method consists of drones with different roles, using multiple sensors to acquire risk information. Using the network simulator ns-3, we evaluated death and the risk of sequelae smoke in the proposed method and LSAR in forest fires and demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.
