| Abstract(in English) | NTT East is promoting an initiative (REIWA project) that contributes to solving various issues in the region by arranging edge computing functions such as video AI analysis and big data storage in telecom buildings. The advantages of edge computing utilizing telecom buildings are considered to be low-cost, low-latency, and high-security. Based on these hypotheses, we conducted PoCs with various regional partners. We would like to introduce the advantages of edge computing, use cases and the technologies that compose them, which have been revealed through PoCs. |
