| Abstract(in English) | The examinations in Traditional Chinese Medicine are Four Medical Examinations, which are the main diagnostic methods and include inspection, listening and smelling examination, interview, and palpation. The interview is a method that collects information by asking the patient about subjective symptoms, lifestyle, etc., and is an important medical examination method for estimating disease in traditional Chinese medicine. We are aiming to develop a support system for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine. This support system includes four examinations and a proposal of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment based on the results of four examinations. In this paper, we improve previously proposed method of estimating the states of internal organs. Firstly, a relational database of symptoms and internal organs is built. Next, by incorporating Terasawa Score, which is often used in the clinical evaluation of Qi, blood and fluid, an evaluation criteria is established for evaluating the deficiency and excess of the internal organs. Furthermore, a method is proposed for estimating the states of internal organs based on the proposed evaluation criteria. |
