| 抄録(和) | 大阪大学に2020年4月、社会技術共創研究センター、通称ELSIセンターという全学組織が設置された。ELSIセンターが設置されるに至った背景としては、大学にも「イノベーション」が求められ、新規科学技術の社会実装のためにELSI対応が必要不可欠となったことが挙げられる。また、国の科学技術政策においても人文・社会科学系と自然科学との「総合知」を推進しており、ELSIセンターにおける産学連携事例はそのベストプラクティスとなりうるものである。 |
| 抄録(英) | In April 2020, Osaka University established a university-wide organization called ELSI Center, which was established in response to the demand for "innovation" in universities and the necessity to address ELSI for the implementation of emerging technologies. In addition, the government's science and technology policy promotes "integrated knowledge" between the humanities and social sciences and the natural sciences, and the ELSI Center's case studies of industry-university collaboration can serve as best practices of the "integrated knowledge". |
