Abstract(in English) Space agencies have ever used contemporary radio technologies for transmissions of a large volume of observation data from space to ground and plan to use optical technologies to realize faster data transmission services. In comparison with compensation techniques for at mospheric effect in optical space propagations, cloud blockages need to be solved by an avoidance technique, because they directly disrupt communication links. This paper describes our cloud avoidance network for high speed optical communications between spac e and ground.
