A Classical Analysis of Chaotic Behavior of an Electron with Spin Orbit Interaction

Abstract(in English) Most of the researches on chaos in quantum systems are focused on chaotic quantum systems whose chaotic is classical limit, and non-autonomous quantum systems in the classical limit, and less on autonomousquantum systems non chaotic. In this study, we treated an electron as a classical particle with spin orbital action, and described it’s behavior by the Langevin equation. We then performed chaos judgments on the electron trajectories and spin directions. as a result, we found that the chaotic motion depends on the strength of the spin-orbit interaction.
