Abstract(in English) | Most of the researches on chaos in quantum systems are focused on chaotic quantum systems whose chaotic is classical limit, and non-autonomous quantum systems in the classical limit, and less on autonomousquantum systems non chaotic. In this study, we treated an electron as a classical particle with spin orbital action, and described it’s behavior by the Langevin equation. We then performed chaos judgments on the electron trajectories and spin directions. as a result, we found that the chaotic motion depends on the strength of the spin-orbit interaction. |
