Abstract(in English) | Multi-band base station antennas have the problem that interference to adjacent areas increases in the low frequency band due to differences in electrical aperture. To solve this problem, a phase shifter has been proposed that can tilt the beam direction of the 1.5 GHz band deeper by using the phase dispersion characteristics of the CRLH transmission line, assuming an antenna that shares the 1.5 GHz band and the 2.0 GHz band. In addition, a concrete structure including the matching circuit has been designed by full-wave analysis. This paper describes the results of evaluating the proposed phase shifter design by measuring several prototypes. |
