On the Calderon preconditioning with an oblique mesh for the isogeometric boundary element method for the Maxwell equations

Abstract(in English) In this study, we consider the Calder?n’s preconditioning on oblique meshes in the isogeometric bound- ary element method using the collection method for Maxwell’s equations.When Calder?n’s preconditioning is used for the EFIE (Electric Field Integral Equation) discretized with the collection method, a dual basis function is required for discretization, and it has been shown in previous studies that the dual basis function can be easily con- structed if each side of quadrilateral meshes is orthogonal. In this study, we show that Calderon’s preconditioning can be implemented for oblique meshes in the same way as for orthogonal ones. The proposed method is verified through some numerical examples.
