Abstract(in English) In free-space method by use of horn antennas with dielectric lenses, improvement of the estimation accuracy of permittivity is investigated. The improvement of the estimation accuracy is shown by equalizing the transmission coefficient on a sample surface to that for a plane wave with a phase shift of Gaussian beam. Since the estimation method of permittivity requires the spot size at the beam waist of the Gaussian beam, the evaluation method of the spot size is described without an additional measurement using the measurement of Line in the TRL calibration.
