| Abstract(in English) | In 2020, the Science and Technology Basic Law was amended, and the promotion of research in the humanities and social sciences was specified. In the disaster prevention, it is also expected that research into social wish will be promoted. In such a situation, the role of ICT is not limited to the optimization of information processing technology as in the past. This paper summarizes the matters necessary for promoting research into social wish in the disaster prevention by implementing ICT. In addition, the Science Council of Japan suggested that "integration of knowledge" is necessary to overcome disasters. To meet this issue, I will introduce a prototype of an online system that I am currently designing and developing as a case study. |
