Abstract(in English) We can observe changes of reflected lights depend on a crystallographic orientation of each grain in a multicrystalline silicon wafer, when we change a direction of an illuminant light. We chose three from these optic images with embedded crystallographic orientation information, and composited a pseudo color image. Image translation from the image to photoluminescence image which can visualize dislocation clusters was performed with conditional GAN. We obtained results that it suggest that to use a set of images whose angle between directions of an illuminant light is large is useful to extract shapes of grains and that to use a set of ones whose adjacent images to represent dislocation regions.
