Fabrication of MgZnO and MgSnO films using sol-gel method

Abstract(in English) We employed MgZnO and MgSnO layers as buffer layers for Sb2S3-related and SnS-related solar cells, respectively. The buffer layers were prepared using sol-gel method. In this study, we fabricated Au/MgZnO/SnO2:F-glass structure and Au/MgSnO/SnO2:F-glass structure and investigated current-voltage characteristics. The current-voltage measurement shows that MgSnO is more resistive than MgZnO. The current voltage curves of MgZnO and MgSnO layers were found to vary with time.
