| 抄録(和) | 準天頂衛星みちびきは，衛星測位のための信号のみならず，測位精度を高める補強メッセージ信号や，災害や危機に関するメッセージ信号をも放送している．一方，移動受信機においては，信号遮蔽やフェージングにより，すべてのメッセージが受信可能であるとは限らない．このようなメッセージ受信失敗に対し，この災害・危機管理通報においては，同一メッセージが複数回にわたり継続的に送信される．そのために，受信機においては，一定期間だけ休眠した後に受信機を起動して，再び休眠する間欠受信を適用して，電池寿命を延ばすことも考えられる．ここでは，みちびきの過去のメッセージアーカイブを用いて，災害・危機管理通報メッセージの継続時間や，そのメッセージ送出間隔を調査したので報告する． |
| 抄録(英) | The quasi-zenith satellite Michibiki broadcasts not only signals for satellite positioning, but also augmentation message signals that improve positioning accuracy and message signals to prompt disasters and crises. On the other hand, in the mobile receiver, not all the messages can be received due to signal obstruction and fading. In response to such message reception failure, the same message is continuously transmitted multiple times in this disaster and crisis management report. Therefore, in the receiver, it is conceivable to start the receiver after sleeping for a certain period of time and apply intermittent reception to sleep again to extend the battery life. Here, we report the duration of the disaster and crisis management report message and the message transmission interval using Michibiki's past message archive. |
