Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to effectively promote behavioral changes for health maintenance and improvement based on objective data obtained from wearable sensors, it is necessary to personalize the instructions according to the lifestyle and individual preference. In this study, in addition to the behavioral activity, the nutrition taken by meals was investigated by dietary analysis, and the Na/K ratio in urine was measured and analyzed together with blood pressure, with the aim of obtaining knowledge that can serve as the basis for behavioral change toward the maintenance and improvement of health from a more comprehensive perspective. As a result, we were able to clarify the distribution of lifestyles, activity patterns, and dietary nutrient intake dependent on gender of the student subjects. In the future, we would like to propose personalized behavioral changes based on these findings.
