Abstract(in English) | In this study, we examine whether it is possible to analyze habituation to taste stimulus from EEG. EEG and EMG are measured while the subjects are swallowing the beverage, and after removing the swallowing artifacts, the habituated to taste stimulus is evaluated from the changes in the sensibilities obtained by using Emotion Fractal Analysis Method (EFAM). As a result, there was a significant decrease in the sensibilities output to the taste stimulus obtained by EFAM based on the fractal dimension of the EEG while the beverage was in the mouth and the EEG at rest. The goodness of fit of the regression analysis of the subject means was improved by the outlier test, so further study is needed. |
