Abstract(in English) | Today, the Brain Computer Interface (BCI) using EEG for quantification of sensitivity have been studying, and the deep learning algorithms are being actively used for analysis method. However, the deep learning algorithms require machine power, which is not suitable for implementation and operation of BCI using EEG. In this study, we investigate a simpler and faster method with the Echo State Network (ESN). The proposed method performs fast classification of EEG data by fractal analysis of time series of ESN middle layer output. As a result, the feasibility of fractal analysis of the ESN is confirmed, and the classification experiments suggest the possibility of constructing the more practical BCI. |
