| Abstract(in English) | The number of victims of telephone scams remains high, and the total amount of damage in 2020 is said to be over 28 billion yen. The purpose of this study is to develop a phone adaptor device for repulsing telephone scams. This adaptor device is inserted between an analog telephone and an NTT telephone line. When a call starts, the analog audio signal of the call is converted into digital audio, and then converted into text data of the conversation on an Internet server. If the call is judged to be a telephone scam, this adaptor device calls a third party such as the police and start a three-way conference call. |
