| 抄録(和) | テラヘルツ帯での電波伝搬特性の測定のために，無指向性アンテナが求められている．無指向性アンテナは放射器，モード変換器，テーパ導波管，方形導波管で構成される．テーパ導波管により方形導波管のTE10モードから円形導波管のTE11モードへ変化する．放射器は水平無指向性を得るためにTM01モードで放射する．そこでモード変換器によりTE11モードをTM01モードへと変換する．従来の２つの円形導波管ベンドからなるモード変換器において，入出力ポート交換に関する可逆性と２つの伝搬モード間でのモード変換係数の可逆性の２つの観点を考慮した設計法を検討する． |
| 抄録(英) | An omnidirectional antenna is required for the measurement of radio propagation characteristics in the terahertz band. The omnidirectional antenna consists of a radiator, a mode converter, a tapered waveguide and a rectangular waveguide. The tapered waveguide changes the TE10 mode in a rectangular waveguide to the TE11 mode in a circular waveguide. The radiator radiates in the TM01 mode for the omni-directional pattern. The mode converter is converting the TE11 mode to the TM01 mode. This study deals with a design method in the mode converter consisting of two circular waveguide bends, taking into account two aspects: the reciprocity relating to the input-output port exchange and that relating to the mode conversion coefficient between the two propagation modes. |
