| Abstract(in English) | In recent years, almost people use SNS (social network media) due to the spread of the Internet. This caused that slander on SNS has been revealed as a social problem, and in some cases, damage such as being forced to commit suicide has occurred. In order to prevent these damages, we tried to find a solution against the issue of slander on SNS. There are various factors and problems in slander on SNS, but in this research, we provide the opportunity for users confused by slander to re-recognize a missed environment that supports those users. As a solution, we designed and developed "Twi-pass", a system that reduces stress caused by communication on SNS and damage caused by slander. In this system, posts on Twitter are classified into positive, neutral, and negative by sentiment analysis, the original text is shown, and the occupancy rate is visualized by a pie-chart. In particular, by including positive and neutral opinions, we made it a mechanism to support the stability of the reader's mind. |
