Search Algorithms for Stowage Planning with Loading and Unloading Using Sequence-Triple

Abstract(in English) Stowage Planning is the problem determining an arrangement of given loads in a container of a desired size. In this report, we propose two methods of stowage planning in case that loading and unloading time of each load. The two methods, which we call the naive method and the box method, use sequence-triple for representing arrangements of loads and simulated annealing for heuristic search. Computational experiments shows that the box method gives efficient arrangements faster than the naive method.
